Job summary

Hard Rock Casino Cincinnati is seeking an enthusiastic server to deliver outstanding cocktail service and guest experiences at our bar areas. You will greet guests, prepare and serve drinks, and work with team members to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced casino environment.

The role requires knowledge of spirits and cocktails, a professional appearance, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask while maintaining high service standards on busy shifts.

Qualifications

• Previous cocktail serving experience preferred.
• Knowledge of spirits, wines, champagne and mixed cocktails.
• Must present a professional and pleasant appearance that guests will find appealing and approachable.
• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Requires the ability to work within a team environment.
• Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift & to work inside assigned bar area in the venue.
• Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while multitasking.

Work Environment
