Imperial Beverage is hiring an Account Manager in Training in Michigan. You will shadow our sales team, develop your own sales techniques, and drive assigned stores with full-time schedules across local markets.

You will merchandise, learn the sales process, and gain hands-on experience to prepare for your own route. The role emphasizes persistence, drive, and passion for sales while offering ongoing training, career development, and opportunities for advancement within a long-standing Michigan

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Sales and beverage industry experience preferred.
• Must live in assigned market.
• Reliable vehicle required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, stock shelves and displays in stores.
• Job shadow and train with Sales Manager and Account Managers.
• Cover sales routes and create plans for each account; place orders.
• Sample products with suppliers and participate in community events.
• Assist with store resets and special projects.
