Job summary

Riverside Refreshments seeks an Area Sales Support Supervisor to oversee Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling, and Jeff Davis counties. The role focuses on growing sales through effective in-store execution and leadership of the sales support team.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in Food & Beverage, strong Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication for coordinating with customers and staff. Performance-based incentives and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (two-year college or technical school) or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; VIP knowledge helpful.
• Strong communication, multi-tasking and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Market our beverage brand to retail accounts in assigned counties.
• Build and maintain in-store displays, perform resets, and support the sales team.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams on pricing, products, and issues at customer locations.
• Ensure company policies and safety regulations (OSHA, local laws) are followed.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information and promotions.
• Work assigned schedule with regular attendance; adapt to workload needs.
