Job summary

riversiderefreshments seeks an Area Sales Support Supervisor to oversee Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling and Jeff Davis counties. The role covers in-store displays, resets, and supporting the sales team in a fast-paced beverage market.

The ideal candidate brings 1–3 years of Food and Beverage experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining customer relationships. Valid driver's license and drug/background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of: retail sales and distribution environment; beverage industry; product line; standard selling practices; VIP.
• Skill in: selling products; external and internal customer service.
• Ability to: work quickly, independently and efficiently; multi-task; communicate effectively with customers and other employees both verbally and in writing; adapt to change; relate to and influence customers; develop and maintain good working relationships; write and enter accurate orders; operate a computer; problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Market our brand of soft drinks.
• Build and maintain in-store displays, perform resets and support the sales team.
• Communicate with customers and staff on pricing, products, equipment and issues at the customer location.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety laws and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information, promotions and pricing.
• Work assigned schedule with regular attendance and handle workload demands.
