Job summary

riversiderefreshments is seeking an Area Sales Support Supervisor to serve Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling and Jeff Davis counties, overseeing beverage sales in a competitive market.

The role leads the sales support team, builds in-store displays, supports the sales force, and ensures compliance with company policies while delivering strong customer service and effective communication with store personnel and drivers.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office; VIP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market our brand of soft drinks and beverages.
• Build and maintain in-store displays; perform resets and support the sales team.
• Communicate with customers and staff on pricing, products and issues at the customer location.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA/safety, and local laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information; handle orders accurately.
• Shift scheduling and attendance; participate in workload demands. Perform other duties as required.
