Job summary

riversiderefreshments is seeking an Area Sales Support Supervisor to oversee Ware, Pierce, Wayne, Bacon, Appling, and Jeff Davis counties. You will lead efforts to grow beverage sales by managing in-store displays, resets, and supporting the sales team.

Strong leadership and retail experience are preferred. The role requires effective communication with customers and staff, adherence to company policies, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience: 1-3 years Food and Beverage experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Market the brand of soft drinks and manage in-store displays.
• Build and maintain in-store displays, perform resets, and support the sales team.
• Communicate with customers and employees on pricing, products, and issues at customer locations.
• Ensure policies and safety compliance per company standards and laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information and promotions.
• Work assigned schedule with regular attendance; assist as workload demands.
