Johnson Brothers in Kernersville, NC is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive growth across Winston-Salem and surrounding areas. You will manage accounts, promote products, and execute merchandising plans, including in-store tastings and promotions.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced beverage distribution environment. A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor’s degree preferred.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent training and work experience preferred.
• Experience in wine/spirits sales or on-premise environment preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Strategize and preplan to achieve sales and merchandising objectives.
• Call on accounts and manage daily routes.
• Present professional sales pitches and promote new products and promotions.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert management to stock changes.
• Maintain brand visibility and use POS materials effectively.
• Collect payments and manage receivables where permissible.
• Develop opening orders for new accounts with District Manager.
• Deliver products and handle customer issues or complaints as needed.
