Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a Sales Representative to cultivate and grow account relationships in the Low Desert Area, maximizing supplier brand sales. You will plan routes, present products, and coordinate promotions while maintaining stock levels and customer service excellence.

The role emphasizes effective communication, on-time route execution, and collaboration with Field Sales Manager to open new accounts and drive sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales.
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation software.
• Strong verbal/written communication, diplomacy, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and reporting skills; sound judgment and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established pattern.
• Analyzes account base, surveys accounts, and supports national account compliance.
• Delivers professional sales presentations, promotes products, and suggests placements and promotions.
• Maintains product levels, restocks where permitted, and trains staff on priority brands, education staff training.
• Manages receivables, processes credits/returns, and communicates with accounts on aging.
