Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid drivers license.
• High School Diploma required.
• 13 years of experience in Distribution, Outside Sales, Food/Beverage or related industry.
• Able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Strong selling and negotiation skills; ability to grow and lead customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow distribution and volume across key off-premises accounts.
• Assist with trade solutions, sampling activations, and POCM placement.
• Implement sales performance measures using brand priorities to achieve results.
• Manage inventory levels and rotation in stores based on data and promotions.
• Promote and build brand awareness of the assigned portfolio; execute events and promotions.
