Job summary

Johnson Brothers is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow our established spirits portfolio in Northwest Iowa. The role focuses on On-Premise/Off-Premise accounts and building relationships through consultative sales and timely service.

You will deliver effective presentations, stay up-to-date on products and promotions, and identify new opportunities while meeting company objectives. A BS degree or equivalent experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Be self-motivated, disciplined, goal oriented and able to prioritize tasks.
• Results- and goal-driven with the ability to connect with a wide range of buyers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, plus ability to build presentations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent customer contact and relationship management.
• Plan and execute sales initiatives within the Northwest IA territory.
• Handle customer issues promptly and maintain knowledge of products and promotions.
• Make effective sales presentations and grow the business with assigned accounts.
• Identify and nurture new and undersold accounts and use POS to enhance selling efforts.
