Imperial Beverage in Kalamazoo, MI is seeking an Account Manager to drive beverage sales with our local bars, grocers, and restaurants. You will plan daily routes, engage customers, and promote new products while building lasting relationships in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time role requires sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to relocate or reside in the Kalamazoo area. Competitive compensation with commission, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Sales experience required, beverage sales experience preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Must live in assigned market.
• Reliable vehicle and cell phone.
• Flexibility to work varying hours to accommodate customer needs and events.
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with various types of people.
• Desire to stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge.
• Ability to attain a Michigan Liquor Control Commission license.
• Ability to lift/carry an average of 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Review sales route for the day using iPad.
• Create plan for each stop, including samples and placement strategy.
• Visit accounts with purchaser/manager to promote products.
• Demonstrate product placement and replenish shelves as needed.
• Discuss replenishment approvals and new product placement.
• Upload orders and manage daily updates.
• Repeat visits to multiple accounts throughout the day.
• Create recap for each account to guide next visits.
