Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a full-time Sales Associate in San Jose, CA. The role involves achieving monthly sales goals, acquiring new business, and maintaining distribution across assigned routes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 0–2 years related experience.
• 21 years of age or meet minimum state requirements.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg product.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales goals within monthly timeframes and expand new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and promotions and coordinate displays/POS materials and events.
• Maintain QC compliance and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned.
