Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a Route Sales Representative in California. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday with an early start and a focus on driving sales across Richmond, San Pablo, El Cerrito and nearby communities.

You will visit accounts, promote products, manage inventory, and ensure optimal shelf placement. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is acceptable, along with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma with relevant experience as described in the job posting.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation and valid driver license; drive to multiple locations.
• Ability to lift products up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 175 lbs. with keg handling.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within monthly objectives and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail, coordinate promotions and in-store displays.
• Maintain inventory levels to minimize out-of-stock and code issues; ensure product freshness and shelf impact.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Other duties as assigned.
