Job summary

MGM Resorts International seeks a Beverage Manager for The Corner Store at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. Lead the beverage team, shape an upscale vibe, manage staffing, budgets and cocktails program while upholding MGM Resorts’ standards.

You will coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure exceptional guest experiences through every drink and interaction. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of relevant beverage experience, knowledge of Culinary Union agreements, and strong budgeting, cost

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in beverage or hospitality operations.
• Working knowledge of Culinary Union bargaining agreement.
• Understanding of F&B division, budgeting, P&L, labor costs and operating expenses.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team in a fast-paced venue.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for beverage operations at The Corner Store.
• Assist in development and execution of cocktail programs and service standards.
• Monitor scheduling, staffing, and coaching to maintain high service levels.
• Manage costs, budgets, and profitability reporting.
• Collaborate with unions and management to ensure compliance with policies.
