Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in beverage or equivalent F&B supervisory role required.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned operational functions within the beverage department.
• Direct cost-effective operation including labor management, scheduling, and inventory control.
• Oversee guest service delivery and ensure adherence to brand standards.
• Provide guidance to beverage staff and ensure proper scheduling.
• Coordinate requisitioning and stocking of beverage outlets to maximize revenue.
• Offer recommendations on daily operational issues to management.
