The role requires a strong safety and quality mindset, lean manufacturing experience, and the ability to supervise up to 20+ staff, including scheduling and training processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory level experience in a manufacturing environment (food/bev preferred).
• Experience with lean manufacturing, pull/visual systems, and TQM concepts preferred.
• Proficient with MS Excel and Word for productivity tracking.
• Experience with SAP or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontline manufacturing operations in a high-speed beverage environment.
• Drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while coaching frontline staff.
• Maintain strong presence on the production floor and resolve issues in real time.
• Ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production and workplace cleanliness.
• Supervise up to 20+ production employees and schedule staff.
• Oversee process documentation and training to ensure consistency.
• Ensure quality processes are followed and products meet standards.
• Collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities to improve quality and efficiency.
• Track productivity and shift efficiency; operate within budget using lean practices.
• Oversee inventory control and accuracy; report safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Handle additional duties as assigned by management.
