Job summary

Pickle Juice is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily production in a growing beverage operation. You will turn the production plan into safe, compliant results by guiding the team, maintaining standards, using data and resolving barriers on the assigned shift.

You will supervise about 15 production staff, collaborate with Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain, and report to the Director of Operations.

Qualifications

• Direct experience supervising employees in manufacturing with coaching and performance accountability.
• Fluent in Spanish and English to lead a predominantly Spanish-speaking team and communicate across departments.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, production reports and digital systems to manage performance.
• Ability to enforce written procedures, quality and safety requirements in a regulated manufacturing setting.
• Sound judgment, initiative and follow-through; identify causes and act on issues early.
• Willingness to start with early production startup and occasional Friday work.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift startup, line readiness, staffing assignments and daily production execution.
• Direct and coach approximately 15 production employees, setting expectations and training.
• Participate in hiring, approve PTO and overtime within company guidelines.
• Track throughput, uptime, downtime and waste; use dashboards and records to drive corrective actions.
• Maintain GMP, food safety, quality, sanitation, documentation and traceability.
• Promote safe work practices, housekeeping and 5S.
• Coordinate with Maintenance on equipment and with Quality on disposition and action.
• Provide timely updates to the Director of Operations and drive improvements.
