Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. is seeking operators for our fast-paced beverage production facility in Texas. You will read production schedules, operate and troubleshoot equipment, and ensure quality and safety standards across the line.

The role requires experience in beverage manufacturing, forklift certification if needed, and strong teamwork. You will support training, perform maintenance tasks, and help maintain accurate records and downtime logs.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
• Ability to read imperial and metric measurements.
• Able to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
• Forklift certification may be required.
• Commitment to SQF/HACCP and food safety standards.
• Accurate recording of production data and downtime.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to health and safety policies, GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Adhere to SQF and HACCP guidelines and quality procedures.
• Read and follow the production schedule; communicate issues/deviations.
• Maintain production flow; supply raw materials and perform minor servicing.
• Changeover equipment and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Provide coverage for operators during breaks and assist with training.
