Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Sikeston, MO is seeking a production associate to support fast-paced beverage manufacturing. You will follow GMPs, operate equipment, monitor production schedules, and maintain accurate records.

Candidates should have 1-3 years manufacturing experience, a high school diploma, and be capable of lifting and standing for long periods; forklift certification may be required. Overtime and varied shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment.
• Ability to read production schedules and measurements.
• Basic math skills and documentation accuracy.
• Training in WHIMIS, HACCP, and hygiene is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, PPE, and safety policies in production areas.
• Maintain production flow by supplying raw materials and minor servicing.
• Record downtime, production data, and quality records accurately.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Work with teams to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Cross-train and assist with sanitation and inventory tasks.
