Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Joplin, MO is seeking a Production/Warehouse Operator to support daily manufacturing and packaging operations.

You will follow GMPs, wear PPE, read production schedules, monitor equipment, perform basic maintenance, and help ensure quality and efficiency across the line. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement as you collaborate with multiple departments to meet production targets and uphold Refresco’s standards.

Qualifications

• Understand and adhere to GMP and PPE policies and procedures.
• Ensure food quality and safety as per standard(s) provided by corporate, customer, and governing bodies.
• Read and follow production schedules; communicate deviations.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and wear PPE in warehouse or production areas.
• Maintain production flow by monitoring machinery and supplying raw materials.
• Record downtime and quality information accurately.
• Perform equipment sanitation and basic maintenance.
• Work with other departments to improve quality, efficiency and reduce waste.
• Cross-train and assist with inventory management as needed.
