Job summary

Sunny Sky Products in Douglassville, PA, is seeking a Processor – Production Associate (Crew C) to support batching and processing operations. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves ensuring proper batching, documentation, and product quality in a fast-paced plant environment.

The position runs 12-hour shifts on a 3-on/4-off schedule (Sun-Tue and alternating Saturdays) with a base rate of $23.50 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing as a processor, batcher, or blender.
• Able to operate and understand computer systems and machinery.
• Basic mathematics knowledge.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to lift 50 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Review the daily production schedule.
• Verify equipment cleanliness before start.
• Batch products and add vitamins.
• Record batch lot numbers.
• Monitor ingredients for wholesomeness.
• SAP management for ingredients.
• Maintain hourly check documents.
• Monitor UHT process.
• Notify management of abnormalities.
• Notify maintenance of issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Ensure product quality and safety.
• Sample and unload milk/cream tankers; clean them.
• Unload sugar tankers.
• CIP operator.
• Follow GMP and PPE requirements.
