Job summary

Sunny Sky Products, LLC is seeking a Packaging Associate for the Douglassville, PA facility to position finished goods into boxes, insert components, and support case erectors and top sealers. You will help ensure high-quality packaging and compliance with safety standards during each 12-hour shift (3 days one week, 4 days the next).

Requires 1+ year of manufacturing experience, basic machinery knowledge, and GMP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of machinery and computer systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review daily production schedules and prepare for assigned production runs.
• Package products by placing bags into boxes and inserting required components (nozzles, tubes, etc.).
• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment, including case erectors, top sealers, labeling systems, and robotic systems.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and ready prior to startup.
• Monitor labeling accuracy and overall product quality throughout the shift.
• Inspect products, manage leakers, and document any waste or reworked product.
• Report any abnormalities to management and mechanical issues to maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and food safety standards.
