Sunny Sky Products - Douglassville is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead a production shift in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will coach and direct Production Associates, coordinate safety, quality, and efficiency initiatives, and partner with internal resources to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent 5 years of experience in food and manufacturing environments.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and metrics-driven with an understanding of plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safety, quality, and production on assigned shift.
• Leads, directs, and executes production, preventive maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Coordinate training and supervise day shift production employees.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality programs and drive KPIs.
• Communicates progress on production goals to management and drives continuous improvement.
