Sunny Sky Products in Douglassville, PA, is seeking a Packaging Associate to join our aseptic beverage team. You will package products from the production line, assemble components, and support the top sealer and labeling systems to ensure quality packaging.

Responsibilities include reviewing daily production schedules, operating case erectors, ensuring cleanliness, tracking product quality, and reporting issues to maintenance. Prior manufacturing experience and GMP knowledge are required.

Formación

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of machinery and computer systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and GMPs is required.

Responsabilidades

• Review daily production schedules and prepare for assigned production runs.
• Package products by placing bags into boxes and inserting required components (nozzles, tubes, etc.).
• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment, including case erectors, top sealers, labeling systems, and robotic systems.
• Ensure all equipment is clean and ready prior to startup.
• Monitor labeling accuracy and overall product quality throughout the shift.
• Inspect products, manage leaks, and document any waste or reworked product.
• Report any abnormalities to management and mechanical issues to maintenance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company quality, safety, and food safety standards.
