Job summary

Refresco Beverages US, Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Machine Operator to support high-speed beverage production lines and ensure top-quality output.

You will read production schedules, monitor equipment, perform changeovers, and help maintain safety, quality, and efficiency across the plant. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required; you’ll work in a fast-paced environment with continuous improvement goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-speed beverage production environment preferred.
• Able to read and follow production schedules and SOPs.
• WHMIS/HACCP training or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs, PPE, and safety policies in warehouse and production areas.
• Monitor machinery to maintain production flow and quality.
• Read and follow production schedules; communicate deviations.
• Perform equipment changeovers and read imperial/metric measurements.
• Record downtime and production data for quality records.
• Perform sanitation and basic maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with departments to improve quality and reduce waste.
• Report issues promptly and follow escalation processes.
