Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking a Production Lead to ensure the production team delivers safe, high-quality products in GMP-compliant processes. You will oversee filling, packaging, handling, and reworking according to work orders while maintaining performance targets.

You will train and mentor filler operators, ensuring equipment setup, sanitation, changeovers, and production procedures meet the required standards. This role requires strong leadership and commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Basic math: weights and measures, calculations with a calculator.
• Mechanical aptitude to assemble, troubleshoot and perform minor repairs.
• Ability to lead, delegate and motivate a production team.
• Two years of manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead production team to ensure GMPs and SOPs are followed.
• Train and mentor filler operators on setup, operation, sanitation, changeovers, and procedures.
• Maintain progressive training for the assigned team.
• Develop and teach high-impact production operators on all job aspects.
• Oversee filling and packaging processes for accuracy and adherence to work orders.
• Monitor quality and perform routine CQP testing for seal integrity and specs.
• Document production activities and sanitation logs.
