Responsibilities

• Lead the production team to ensure safe, GMP-compliant operations.
• Train and mentor fillers on setup, operation, sanitation, changeovers, and procedures.
• Maintain training progress and oversee line performance and documentation.
• Oversee filling and packaging processes, ensuring accuracy per work orders.
• Ensure proper sterilization and cleaning per COP, CIP, and SIP.
• Support equipment maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Record weights, perform teardowns, and document sanitation logs.
• Maintain process flow accuracy and adjust machinery as needed.
