Job summary

Finlays Solutions is seeking a Quality Technician on the production line to implement procedures ensuring safe, high-quality beverage products. You will verify materials, follow SOPs, and uphold GMPs while supporting audits and continuous improvement.

The role requires English proficiency, basic math, data entry, strong team collaboration, and the ability to work safely under peak demands. Competitive hourly pay with benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak and comprehend English
• Basic math: addition, subtraction, multiplication, divisions, weights and measures
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to communicate both written and orally within the organization
• Ability to give positive suggestions to improve operations in the work center
• Team Oriented - being helpful, respectful, approachable, building strong working relationships and a positive work environment
• Ability to manage time efficiently
• Ability to work well under changing demands
• Follow verbal and written instructions

• High school diploma or GED, and 2 years work experience in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and GMPs for Quality
• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Monitor product labeling and identification for accuracy
• Promote safe work practices and reduce hazards
• Adhere to and monitor quality programs
• Ensure process controls and documentation are accurate
• Assist in external audits and documentation
• Inspect raw materials and perform quality checks
• Addresser quality issues on the production floor
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• Participate in team efforts to meet goals
• Provide leadership by example and training
• Learn and adhere to Safety, SOPs and GMPs for CPS
• Learn and adhere to Quality policies including SQF, HACCP and HACQP
• Perform other duties as assigned
