Job summary

G&J Pepsi-Cola Bottlers, Inc. seeks a seasoned sales/brand liaison to connect Brand & Marketing with Field Sales and frontline teams. The role drives POS execution, budgets, inventory visibility and cross-functional coordination for successful product launches and promotions.

You will partner with Brand, AdCo, and Retail teams to ensure consistent look, timing and compliance across channels, supporting local sales and national programs with clear communication and strong project leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of beverage industry sales experience.
• Associate's Degree in sales, marketing or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing or related field strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills.
• Valid Driver's License and insurability to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Field Sales, Retail Sales & On-Premise teams on POS needs and product launches.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and procurement of POS materials and equipment.
• Lead the CE POS Tool development and coordinate with IT.
• Ensure POS products are entered into CE inventory for full visibility.
• Prepare launch readiness communication and brand guidelines.
• Provide program updates to Local sales teams and cross-functional partners.
