Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of food production experience and 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operation of production lines and prioritizes tasks for the work group.
• Trains and develops employees to ensure standards are met.
• Ensures policies, standards and procedures (OSHA and safety) are followed.
• Communicates status and feedback verbally and in writing to the team.
• Reviews production reports, quality sheets, and time cards; approves time-off requests.
