Zusammenfassung

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure uptime of production equipment across the Richmond facility. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, repair conveyors, fillers, and related equipment, and work with Operators and Sr.

Maintenance personnel to resolve issues. The role demands reading schematics, using shop tools, and maintaining plant safety practices.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Qualifications: 4 Years - Experience in Field or similar maintenance environment
• 4 Years - Experience in Position
• 4 Years - Experience managing people/projects
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments
• Basic experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Effective communication of issues and solutions to cross-functional team members
• Ability to read and interpret schematics: electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic
• Skilled in the use of shop equipment such as hydraulic and mechanical presses, bench grinder, drill press, mill and lathe, and assorted power tools
• Proficient skills with precision measuring equipment
• Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer within a specific area of plant or machine center
• Will need own toolbox and basic tools
• Preferred: 6 Years- Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
• 6 Years - Experience working in Position
• 6 Years - Experience managing people/projects
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing, bottling, beverage, packaging, or plastics industries
• Experience with VFD, servo drives, and servo motors
• Rotary equipment such as rotary press or filler
• Thermodynamics, heat transfer, or plastics processing
• Krones, Sidel, or Husky equipment
• HVAC including chillers and/or air compressors
• Experience reading electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics
• Skilled in fabrication capabilities such as cutting and welding
• Electrical systems including 480VAC & 24VDC power
• Ability to read and interpret process and instrumentation diagrams
• Skilled in repair of variable frequency drives, servo motors and controllers, communication systems
• PLC I/O cards and safety modules

Aufgaben

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and tools
• Repair equipment, fixtures, conveyors and systems
• Maintain industrial control systems
• Work independently and with team members to complete repairs safely
• May fill in for production operator as needed
• Document repairs and material usage during shift
• Follow plant safety rules and use PPE as required
