Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime across our bottling plant. You will troubleshoot and repair production equipment, work with operators and supervisors, and follow safety and process standards to keep lines running.

Strong collaboration and problem-solving are essential for success in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications include a High School Diploma, 4+ years in maintenance, experience with schematics, and the ability to lead

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Skilled in using shop equipment such as hydraulic/mechanical presses, grinder, drill press, mills and lathes, and power tools.
• Proficient with precision measurement tools (calipers, dial indicators, bore gauges, depth gauges).
• Willing to lead and train others within a plant area; must bring own toolbox and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing equipment.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, systems, conveyors and other facility equipment.
• Modify and lubricate, diagnose and operate equipment per Niagara processes.
• Maintain industrial control systems and plant safety practices.
• Collaborate with operators and maintenance staff to resolve issues during shifts.
