Job summary

Niagara Bottling Richmond is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep production lines up by diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. You will collaborate with Operators, Supervisors and Sr.

Technicians to resolve complex issues, document repairs, and ensure safe, efficient operations. The role requires hands-on experience with shop tools, schematics reading, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; associate degree preferred in manufacturing or mechatronics.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics and interpret drawings.
• Experience in high-speed manufacturing or beverage packaging is a plus.
• Strong communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proficient with shop tools and measurement equipment; willingness to lead training.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems on production lines.
• Repair equipment, conveyors, and related facility systems in a safe, timely manner.
• Modify and document repairs; maintain plant safety rules and PPE usage.
• Support operators and supervisors; may fill in for operator duties as needed.
• Report repairs and parts usage with accurate work orders.
