Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime through comprehensive troubleshooting and repair of production lines, conveyors, and supporting systems. You will work with Operators and Maintenance staff to resolve issues and maintain safe, efficient manufacturing operations.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, schematic literacy, and a hands-on approach to repair and maintenance across bottling equipment and facility systems.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in field or similar maintenance environment.
• 4 years experience in position.
• 4 years experience managing people/projects.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across departments.
• Basic experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Able to read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
• Proficient with shop tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Willing to lead and train within a plant area.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and test equipment.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, conveyors and other plant equipment.
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose and operate equipment per Niagara processes.
• Maintain industrial control systems.
• May fill in for production operator as needed.
• Report repairs and document parts usage.
