Job summary

Refresco in Tampa, FL is seeking a maintenance professional to support fast-paced manufacturing operations. The role requires adherence to GMPs, food-safety standards, and the ability to read blueprints and parts manuals.

You will perform preventive and repair maintenance across production lines and equipment. This position involves training others, coordinating with shifts, and contributing to continuous improvements in a busy warehouse and production setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Forklift certification must be obtained and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to GMPs and safety policies while in warehouse or production areas.
• Maintain food safety and quality per SQF or other standards.
• Complete and document approved work orders with part numbers.
• Perform repair maintenance, preventive maintenance, and line changeovers.
• Troubleshoot machinery (electrical, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic).
• Assist in training other maintenance personnel and communicate across shifts.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to resolve issues rapidly and drive improvement.
