Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain assets within the production facility. You will identify and fix issues in production equipment and processes to ensure consistent product quality.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, and forklift certification within 1 month of hire. Ability to lift 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays is essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs on production equipment between shifts and line changes to maintain product quality.
• Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance to prolong equipment life.
• Perform equipment change-overs and production line set-ups prior to production changes.
• Overhaul and install new equipment as directed by the business.
• Rebuild, fabricate and manage parts inventory to ensure adequate stock.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
