Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain assets in the production facility, troubleshoot production equipment, and ensure consistent product quality. The role requires performing preventive maintenance, coordinating line changes, and supporting equipment installations as needed.

Responsibilities include inventory management, attending project meetings, and working with minimal supervision while supporting weekend/holiday schedules and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must become forklift certified within 1 month of hire
• Ability to perform essential functions with little supervision
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform immediate repairs on production equipment between shifts and line changes.
• Schedule and conduct preventive maintenance to prolong equipment life.
• Perform equipment change-overs and line set-ups prior to production changes.
• Overhaul and install new equipment as directed by the business.
• Rebuild, fabricate and manage parts inventory to ensure adequate stock.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
