Qualifications

• 1–2 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff, management, and guests to foster a positive team atmosphere.
• Ability to work well in a team‑oriented, event‑driven environment.
• Possess a valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage ordering with assistance from Food & Beverage Managers.
• Supervise beverage service, including alcoholic beverages, and verify guest identification for age compliance.
• Assist with beverage orders to maintain proper inventory levels.
• Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• Show strong attendance and be available for events as scheduled.
