Miccosukee Casino & Resort is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee beverage operations across the venue. The role focuses on delivering high-quality guest service, staff leadership, and profitable beverage programs within a dynamic casino environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in beverage supervision, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, including holidays and weekends.

Formación

• High school diploma; 3 years beverage supervision/management.
• Mixologist certification from a reputable bartending school is a plus.
• Proficient in English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage F&B team to meet Miccosukee Service Expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day beverage service operations.
• Plan and schedule employees based on F&B needs.
• Supervise F&B staff per policy; train and coach as needed.
• Manage shift scheduling and coverage according to forecasts.
• Monitor inventory, budgets, and compliance with SOPs.
