Miccosukee Casino & Resort is seeking an experienced M Sphere Supervisor in Miami, FL to lead the Players Club Representatives and support the Players Club Manager. The role emphasizes guest service, staff leadership, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of Casino/Gaming experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming License.
• Must be able to work all schedules, all days, and all shifts.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, team members and management in English.
• Must be able to lift or carry a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Players Club Representatives and provide leadership to the team.
• Assist the Players Club Manager with staff hiring, training, scheduling and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain Player Tracking System accuracy and issue voids as required.
• Ensure high standards of guest service and efficient operation of the Players Club.
