Job summary

Monarch Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, Colorado is seeking a skilled bartender to join our luxury gaming and hospitality team. You will prepare drinks, serve guests, and maintain a clean, efficient bar to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include mixing drinks, handling cash, and upholding health standards. The role requires prior bartending experience, English communication, and a professional appearance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prefers1-year prior bartending experience.
• Must have knowledge of beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
• Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepares ordered drinks with proper portions and ingredients for guests at assigned stations.
• Mixes drinks according to prescribed recipes; keeps station stocked with all liquor, glasses and accessories necessary.
• Operates a cash register, ringing the proper amount into the register and giving the guest or server the correct change.
• Maintains the appropriate appearance of the bar in accordance with county health and department standards.
• Remains attentive to the needs and requests of the guests; provides courteous service.
