Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia seeks a dedicated leader to oversee the daily beverage operations, working hands-on with beverage staff to ensure high-quality execution within concept guidelines.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team. The position involves scheduling hourly team members, ensuring compliance with state liquor regulations and gaming agency controls, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards across outlets and

Qualifications

• Requires thorough knowledge of restaurant/bar practices and procedures.
• Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
• Must have full working knowledge of POS.
• Must be able to qualify for and maintain licensure as required by the State Gaming Agency.
• Must have knowledge of approved Responsible Gaming Program.

Responsibilities

• Oversees beverage service and ensures guest satisfaction with orders delivered in a timely manner.
• Assists in retaining and motivating employees while managing beverage operations within budget constraints.
• Monitor and control the maintenance/sanitation of outlets and equipment to protect assets and ensure quality service.
• Schedule hourly team members and ensure compliance with regulatory liquor laws.
• Demonstrates professionalism reflecting brand values and extends compliments per comp matrix.
