Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in food & beverage operations.
• Knowledge of service standards, beverage products, preparations, and presentation.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods; able to obtain required licenses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of food and beverage outlets.
• Interview, hire, schedule, coach, evaluate and discharge personnel as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies and standards.
• Maintain proper supplies and conduct inventory as prescribed.
• Create, monitor, and forecast daily and monthly departmental profit and loss reports.
• Monitor service quality to meet established standards.
• Direct and support front of house and back of house managers.
