Job summary

Las Vegas, Nevada-based MGM Resorts International seeks a Beverage Manager for Excalibur. You will oversee the Beverage and Cocktails team across several outlets, manage Assistant Managers and staff, assist with scheduling and training, monitor performance, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in high-volume hospitality and experience managing multiple beverage venues, with a focus on health, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar resort or high-volume hospitality setting preferred.
• Experience managing multiple beverage outlets or venues simultaneously preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily beverage operations and budgets, ensuring profitability and guest satisfaction.
• Manage par levels for liquor, beer, wine, and equipment; place requisitions as needed.
• Oversee policies, procedures, training programs, schedules, and staff rules.
• Interview, train, supervise, coach beverage staff; drive engagement through coaching.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations.
• Maintain health, sanitation, and compliance with liquor regulations.
