Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant beverage or hospitality experience.
• Experience in a resort or similar high-volume environment (preferred).
• Experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement (preferred).
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and/or Asian languages (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily beverage operations, budgets, guest service standards, and profitability.
• Enforce policies, operating procedures, training programs, schedules, and staff directives for beverage team.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel and coach staff; drive engagement with HR.
• Maintain health, sanitation, and knowledge of liquor regulations and compliance.
• Knowledge of liquor brands, wines, menu items, preparation methods, and pricing.
• Perform other duties as requested.
