You will manage assistant managers and staff, assist with scheduling and training, and drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in high-volume hospitality, experience overseeing multiple outlets, and strong knowledge of liquor regulations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a high-volume beverage/hospitality setting.
• Experience managing multiple beverage outlets or venues simultaneously is preferred.
• Knowledge of liquor regulations and responsible service practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee beverage and cocktails team across outlets, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to MGM standards.
• Monitor budgets, par levels, and procurement to support profitability and service quality.
• Recruit, interview, train, and coach staff; schedule and manage performance.
