Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Degree or coursework in Hospitality Management preferred.
• 2–3 years progressive experience in a full-service dining environment preferred.
• Must obtain valid gaming license, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hiring, training, and development of Beverage staff.
• Plan workloads, assign staff, and train/motivate personnel.
• Establish department standards, budgets, and staffing plans.
