• Plan workloads and staff assignments; train, motivate and evaluate staff.
• Update beverage menus and train staff on recipes.
• Set financial objectives for liquor sales while maintaining budgeted labor.
• Manage department financial data to ensure cost and portion controls.
• Collaborate with management on sales promotions and beverage activities.
• Assist bartenders and servers as needed and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene codes and standards.
