Job summary

MGM Resorts International is seeking a Beverage Manager in Las Vegas to provide direction and leadership for the Beverage and Cocktails team. You will direct Assistant Beverage Managers and manage staff to meet operational and financial goals while upholding MGM's service standards.

The role emphasizes staff training, vendor knowledge, and adherence to liquor regulations to ensure an exceptional guest experience across all beverage venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of prior relevant experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily beverage operations and budgets to support profitability.
• Direct beverage staff including training, scheduling, and performance coaching.
• Ensure health, sanitation, and compliance with liquor regulations across venues.
• Collaborate with Human Resources on employee relations and engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, and cocktails for service excellence.
• Enforce policies, menus, and service standards across the beverage program.
