Job summary

L'Auberge Lake Charles is seeking a Beverage Department Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest service. The role requires two years in beverage supervision, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.

You will assist in budgeting, menus, and inventory while coordinating with other departments and supporting special events. The position supports a dynamic entertainment and hospitality team at our Lake Charles property, with opportunities for

Qualifications

Two years beverage or equivalent supervisory experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Able to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Supervise staff and daily management of the Beverage department on a designated shift.
Coordinate scheduling with the manager and address guest-satisfaction concerns.
Assist in establishing product menus and recording inventories.
Help maintain beverage and labor costs while preserving quality.
Communicate with other departments to coordinate activities on shift.
Assist with special events and budgeting processes as needed.
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain confidentiality in operations.
